Declare Withdrawal

Use this form to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83. After submitting, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

This withdrawal function is intended for consumers in the sense of § 13 German Civil Code (BGB). Business customers (entrepreneurs in the sense of § 14 BGB) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details see our withdrawal information.
We will send your acknowledgement of receipt to this address.
You can find your Customer ID in the portal at https://portal.fepo.app/account. Alternatively, you may enter your Stripe invoice number or your e-mail address — we will match your subscription either way.
You do not need to give a reason. Sharing one helps us improve.
