fepo is a web performance auditing and optimization service. Unlike PageSpeed Insights or Lighthouse, which only tell you what to fix, fepo performs the optimizations and hands you ready-to-deploy files.

## Technology

- Measurement baseline: Moto G4 mobile viewport (360×640 px), 4× CPU throttle, 4G LTE (170ms RTT). Stricter than Google PSI default.
- Hosting: dedicated server in Germany (Falkenstein, Hetzner), encrypted storage (LUKS + AES-256-GCM)
- No response body storage (HAR files recorded with `content: 'omit'`)
- GDPR Art. 17 deletion cascades to all files
